The Project

We helped the Customer Service Representatives and Tech Support teams at HomeAway redefine their workflow. We conducted interviews with the subject matter experts of their internal Customer Service Tool to identify pain points, what's working and what's not. We designed the tool to streamline their support calls and put the actions they needed first where they needed them.
